Stamp Show will help with the long wait for the next meeting.

Members of the Regina Philatelic Club will have to wait a whole month to attend the next meeting, scheduled for the 4th of March. This meeting will again be at the Campus Regina Public location at the usual times – 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The long wait is the result of the school being closed for the week of the Family Day holiday. Luckily, the members will not be without philatelic event because the Stamp Show will be on the February 15th and 16th at the Senior Citizen Center on Winnipeg Street.

Club members, as well as the general public, are encouraged to attend the Stamp Show and take advantage of the opportunity to view the displays prepared by the members. Browsing among the displays of the 10 or more stamp and coin dealers will be an excellent way to enhance one’s stamp and/or coin collections.

And those who have not, as yet, found the collecting “bug” may just realize how educational and interesting these hobbies can be.
